Close to the beach but not on it. Well stocked with paper towels, toliet paper ,trash bags, cleaners. The only bad thing is it doesn't have a oven. But they have a toaster microwave, and a kurig. It’s in a great area and 2 blocks from the Boardwalk (at 8th street). Bonus! There’s a Thrashers & bike rental right there at 8th/Boardwalk :) The space is set up well - parents used the bedroom and 2 kids on the pull-out couch; little kitchen to save leftovers or make your own meals; nice neighbors in the condo building. We were all affected by a smell (perhaps old cigarette odor since building is old?) entering, but it subsided by being in the unit after some time. We would definitely stay here again! We are rarely in our room while visiting OCMD, but this space felt cozy and comfortable when we were exhausted from all the boardwalk adventures!
