Charming Ocean Block Condo!! Mid town, Across from Convention Ctr NEW BATHROOM!!

  • Our condo is so cozy and comfy you won’t want to leave! Just steps away from the beach and directly across the street from Convention Center. We are close to many restaurants, ice cream shops, Jolly Rogers, surf shops and the famous OC bar Seacrets! No need to bring Beach chairs, we provide 4 Tommy Bahama chairs for your convenience. We are steps away from the beach! You can hear the waves in the morning while drinking your coffee!
    NEW FOR 2025 - Remodeled Bathroom
    IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:
    1. This condo is on the 2nd floor (no elevator) with one parking space (additional public parking out front of condo
    2. We do not rent to high school seniors or parents booking for their children
    3. This is NO smoking permitted of any kind in the condo
    4. Per Condo rules there are no pets allowed
    5. We do not supply sheets and towels.
    6. Please bring all of your own toiletries
