Enjoy the beach, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis, oceanfront volleyball, and game and exercise rooms! During the summer season, visit the beach bar and grill, sandwich shop, convenience store, and gift shops. A well-rested vacation awaits at this charming, family-friendly condo just steps away from the beach! It's well-equipped with everything you and your guests could ever need to spend an unforgettable time together. It features a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials, central air-conditioning, a private balcony with terrific views, on-site washer/dryer for your laundry needs, comfortable and inviting furniture, and TV with cable. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. The indoor pool will be closed beginning Monday, March 2, 2026 through Friday, March 14, 2026 for our annual maintenance. The pool will reopen on Saturday, March 15, 2026. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Complimentary building-provided WiFi is a courtesy and not guaranteed. The indoor pool and large outdoor pool will not accommodate children in diapers. There is an outdoor kiddie pool provided for children in diapers. Per building management, cannabis is prohibited everywhere on the Golden Sands grounds. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The check in and out process could not have been smoother. The indoor pool, game room, and playground were great for our kids. My only thing was that the furniture in the living room is clearly very used... the cushions aren't very supportive, and thus weren't terribly comfortable for the few hours a day we were in the room. But that being said, we'd probably book it again given all of the other positives. It's also nice to have a condo where you don't have to worry about towels and linens. ##### Jonathan R. Our condo has lots of space and everything you needed for your stay. The building should update the water pressure in the condos. The condo location was great and the view from the 7th floor was awesome. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. Couches were not very comfortable and sunk down very low and hard to get out of. The on-line pictures showed different chairs in the living room. The TVs were awesome! The 10 digit door entry code was difficult at times. Overall the condo was very nice and we enjoyed our stay and the fantastic weather. Clean and well stocked. The only downfall is the ongoing elevator situation. The wait for an elevator was consistently about 15 minutes and we were forced to squeeze in a non-air conditioned elevator whenever we could—even if it meant riding from the 10th floor up to the 22nd when we were actually trying to get to the lobby. Other than the elevator problem, it’s a great unit and we would stay there again. ##### A C. The home is really functional for a family coming to stay. The couches are a bit soft/worn but the king bed is super comfy. The washer and dryer are so helpful. No complaints about furniture—it’s not perfect, but there’s enough seating and beds and it’s comfortable. It’s great for a vacation place! The location was great; there were places to walk to so we could eat and the grocery and liquor stores were within quick driving distance. The beach is beautiful and wide and there are tennis courts, pickle ball stuff, shuffle board, volleyball, a tiki bar, an arcade, and someone is always staffing the lobby. E V E R T H I N G!!! Upon arrival we had dish detergent, laundry detergent, bathroom tissue. Towels, bath, kitchen hand towels. Comfy beds. The kitchen was fully stocked. The condo complex was very clean, there is a sandwich shop and bar and grill by the patio as well as many other amenities. The condo had everything you might need.
