Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' The Golden Sands, located in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want without needing to leave the building complex. Enjoy the beach, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis, oceanfront volleyball, and game and exercise rooms! During the summer season, visit the beach bar and grill, sandwich shop, convenience store, and gift shops. Wake up every single day to the unmistakable sound of the crashing waves at this perfect beach condo! It has everything you and your guests could ever need to spend a carefree and restful vacation. It features a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials, central air-conditioning, a private balcony overlooking the water and tennis courts, on-site washer/dryer for your laundry needs, comfortable and inviting furniture, and a large, TV with cable. Things to Know The building provides complimentary WiFi as a courtesy, but it is not guaranteed. The indoor pool will be closed beginning Monday, March 2, 2026 through Friday, March 14, 2026 for our annual maintenance. The pool will reopen on Saturday, March 15, 2026. The indoor pool and large outdoor pool will not accommodate children in diapers. There is an outdoor kiddie pool provided for children in diapers. Per building management, cannabis is prohibited everywhere on the Golden Sands grounds. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Condo 302 is OK, not the most up-to-date furnishing, but nothing that would prevent you from having a great time. You can enjoy the ocean view from the balcony and the master bedroom. The second room is very dark as its window opens to the hallway. Golden Sands has two pools, one on the top floor, gym, misc courts, and other great services. More than expected! The online description was very accurate, except it did not list a number of other amenities that we were pleasantly surprised to find! We arrived on a Wednesday late afternoon, and there was a DJ on the patio, and when we wandered down, we found a Tiki Bar with a full menu, a ice cream shop, a small convenience store and an arcade! We were very tired from our travel and it was great to roll in and not have to go far to find dinner. Everything was super clean, the staff very friendly. The whole reason to come to OC is the beach, and the location with easy beach access, plus all these added amenities made for a great trip. Our condo was also fabulous. Great view of the ocean. The tennis courts and pools are perfect. Beds were comfortable and this unit has plenty of space. Also, the colors are nicely coordinated, which made it more relaxing.
