Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) One block away from the Boardwalk. Quiet building, close to everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Parking spot is a few blocks away but it's a nice little walk. The condo was spotless and well-maintained. We really appreciated how quiet the area was, and the neighbors were friendly and welcoming. The pool was a great option for the kids on days they didn’t feel like heading to the beach. Being just one block from the boardwalk and beach made everything super convenient. Although the room was beautiful when we got there however the room wasn't clean and there was no toilet paper or soap, barely any towels and the extra blanket was dirty. Put in two tickets and never heard back. Called several times and even went to office to talk to manager still haven't talked to anyone. They gave back my cleaning fee but no other reimbursement even though I didn't the whole first evening of my vacation on hold trying to reach someone and countless times since then trying to speak to someone in charge.
