Sleeps 8 comfortably with a full and queen bed in the cozy primary suite two twin beds in the guest bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for added comfort. Everyone will find something to enjoy vacationing here at 2204\. The 9400 Building provides all you need to make the most of your stay. You can take advantage of the fitness room laundry rooms and one of the largest outdoor pools in Ocean City MD! An easy stroll to shopping grocery stores and restaurants and of course steps away from your toes in the sand. The building entrance is secured, and each condo is provided a single parking space. Come and enjoy easy living and all that beach life has to offer. Your reservation includes a $65 building amenity use fee. This condo definitely has gorgeous views from the top floor and patios, but what is not mentioned is that the large, noisy AC unit exhausts out and across the covered patio making it basically unusable if the AC is on. It blows warm air across the entire patio and is extremely noisy. If you turn the AC off it is wonderful. The condo is outdated and in need of some upgrades. Ice maker doesn’t work and refrigerator was sweating. Overall we had a wonderful time and the covered patio is great when the AC is turned off. ##### Russell W.
