Access to the property will not be granted until verification is completed. A rental agreement must be signed prior to your stay. Unauthorized guests or parties are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are enforced from 10PM-9AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in fines or immediate removal from the property without refund. This property may be equipped with exterior security cameras for safety and verification purposes. There are no cameras inside the home. This home is equipped with noise monitoring devices that measure decibel levels only. These devices do not record conversations or audio. No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the home. I do have some things that I didn’t like. Such as the furniture. The living room furniture was extremely dirty (couch and chairs) which made our stay ver uncomfortable.
