The facilities at the condo were great and definitely helped make the stay nicer. However, the actual condo and management staff for parking left a little to be desired. The condo is in need of multiple basic repairs. It has holes in the walls and paint chipping off the walls throughout the space. The towel bar hanger in the master bathroom is very loose and I was afraid it might pull out. Every toilet has scratches and marks where you can’t tell if it was clean. The guest bathroom sink was clogged and very slow to drain. The dishwasher had standing water in the bottom of it, so we didn’t use it for fear it would leak. In addition, we had to share bath towels as there was only 3 towels provided. In a place that is supposed to house 7 people. It would have been helpful to know to bring our own instead of advertising that the condo provides bath towels if there aren’t going to be many.When we went to pay the parking fee, the facilities management office was not very friendly and didn’t seem to expect us or know why we were there. It took some explaining to get the parking pass and they were not nice about it.Finally, the process of picking up the keys and dropping them off was a bit of an inconvenience. The office will only release the keys after 4pm yet closes at 5pm. This puts a good bit of pressure on someone to arrive within the hour to try to check in. We ended up missing the window because of traffic. I will say it was easy to get the keys from the lock box. Finally,
