Pros: location in Ocean city, nice pool in the complex, short walk to the beach, condo was older but comfortable and the view from the balcony is amazing Cons: Master bedroom has inappropriate art work for children. There were plenty of luggage carts to assist with move-in/out. Cons: The unit itself was very outdated from the furniture, electronics, and appliances. Various light bulbs need replacing. TV remote was broken. Our washing machine did not work and the hot water to shower in second bathroom was non-existent. We were greeted with a dishwasher full of dishes. Hallway closet was a mess filled with junk. Broken furniture on the balcony. Amenities at the property are top notch with pool and sun deck. The decor in this unit is outdated, but the layout was great (bedrooms on opposite sides of the living room, each with their own bath) and it was surprisingly baby friendly - we didn’t need to move any fragile/breakable items for an 8 mo old who is pulling to stand and cruising. Would be nice if checkin in/out was at a closer coastal realty than on 80th st, but only about a 10mjn drive away from property.
