You will hear the sound of the waves while enjoying the view of the ocean, but you also have a balcony on the west side for glorious sunset viewing. Located at 116th Street and Coastal Highway, you'll find the quieter side of Ocean City with tons of entertainment nearby. Fountainhead Towers has a long list of amenities including an outdoor heated pool, courtyard, tennis court, pickle ball courts, off-street registered parking, elevators, gas grill which can be rented through the building, outdoor shower and two electric vehicle charging stations. This one bedroom condominium sleeps 4. Bedding includes King, Queen sleep sofa and a Double sleep sofa. Guests must provide their own sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and a towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.

The unit features full kitchen, washer, dryer and television. This property rents Saturday-Saturday in season and mini weeks (Thursday/Sunday ) in the off season.
