The condo is behind a row of stores (with no entrance to the stores on the side of the condo), which means your blocked from traffic sounds on the main strip without feeling isolated or distant from anything. Parking and access to the first floor condo is convenient. Beach wagon made hauling our stuff two blocks to the beach easily doable. The complex was quiet the week we were there. The AC was not quiet however, and unit is located right next to the bed so unless you are a sound sleeper it will wake you up. Bathroom is serviceable but not sure I would want to sit a child in the bathtub, it’s that old acrylic that just looks grungy. The patio is the best feature of the condo. It had almost everything we needed.
