The thermostat being in 72 all the time was an issue for us since the back bdrm was hot. The floor was a bit sandy when we arrived. However, it wasn't a big deal, we're at the beach! The unit was not clean. There was a opened can of beer under the couch (where pull out mattress is stored), the pull out mattress itself was all springs/ rusty/ sand in the bed/ broken. There were opened condiments in the cabinet and dishes in the dishwasher. All of the cables were disconnected from the router or tv so we spent at least 45 minutes trying to figure and fix that. With all of that being said- the unit has potential. Great views, convenient location for most ppl who want boardwalk front/ beach access. According to the call center lady, the unit was a new rental so maybe they will get the kinks worked out but I definitely feel ripped off after our stay :( they ask for feedback but haven’t tried to fix anything.
