Features large Great room and over 1750 sq ft of living space plus large balconies on 3rd an 4th floors. Unit was completely renovated from the studs out including new flooring, HD Flat Panel TV's, with HD Cable BOX service in every room! New in 2019 black stainless kitchen appliances, flooring has been upgraded to wood. Room to sleep up to 9 using bedrooms and queen sleep sofa. This is a flexible unit with room for your friends and family. Master bedroom has king bed set with private bath. Master bath is spacious with soaking tub, separate shower and double sink vanity. Bedroom has access to 4th floor balcony with views of the ocean and bay. Bedroom 2 also on the upper level has a pyramid bunk, private bath. Bedroom 3 is on the first level and provides a queen bedroom set and private bath. Living Room has a 2 story open area with large windows and L sofa with the queen pull out bed. Tastefully decorated with beach theme wall murals and furnished with comfortable beds, sofas, and chairs. Large gourmet kitchen offers new GE appliances, Black Granite counters, custom natural wood cabinets, a new central air conditioning system has been installed in 2018\. You will enjoy the 2 level balconies in this mid-town Ocean City location. There is a view of the bay from both level balconies and a peak of the ocean. Convenient to shopping plaza with supermarket and restaurants and bars. 1 reserved parking place with overflow for 2nd car. Extra free street parking is available. Condo is equipped with great electronics including WiFi, Xfinity HD cable service, 1 Blu-ray player with Netflix access for additional entertainment. We enjoyed our week at this condo so much. The bedrooms were great in size and the proximity to the pool was amazing. Being able to just walk a few steps from the front door to the pool was ideal for 4 kiddos ages 5-8\. Short walk to the beach and a great outside storage closet for the sandy chairs and toys. The condo was big, bright and beautifully furnished. It was clean, well maintained and had all the comforts of home. Mid block location was ideal, short walk to the beach or shops. The pool and elevator are directly outside the condo door, which made it super convenient. We had another family join us on our vacation to OCMD, and they were blown away by the condo. It is in a great location, walking distance to the beach (Oceanside), the pool is right outside the door. I was very impressed. I plan on making memories here for years to come. It was beautiful, clean, spacious and had pretty much anything we needed. The walk to the beach was a short one and the beach itself was not crowded in this area. There is a grocery store right across the highway, which was very convenient, as well as a few restaurants. Would definitely come back in the future!! ##### Kelly B. We were a very short walk to the beach, very short. There was beach chairs, umbrella and sand toys in storage closet at no additional cost. Stores and restaurants in walking distance. The condo it's self was beautiful and had everything you would need for our stay. Having two levels was great because my son was not bothered by any noise made from downstairs after bed time. It was also very quite in general, not much noise outside when sitting on the HUGE balconies and never heard outside noise from inside the condo. The pool was great too! The boardwalk was a very short drive away and we found plenty of parking. We have rented several condos and this one was by far the best condo and best location. We will definitely be returning! Claire and Steve are some of the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting and easy to reach for any questions you may have.
