Being on the 20th floor, you will love the panoramic ocean and bay views from the open living room area or from the balcony. There is a large living room/dining room area, with plenty of room for spending time with family and the full-size kitchen has everything you need for cooking those money saving meals at home. The master bedroom has a King size bed and offers water views from the windows. The second bedroom has a pyramid bed with a king on the bottom and a twin on the top. There is also a queen sleeper sofa. There are flat screen TVs in the living room and both bedrooms. A washer and dryer are available for guest use along with free wi-fi. Located on 107th street in the Quay, this building has some of the best amenities at the beach and gives plenty of options for the kids to entertain themselves. You will love that there is an outdoor and indoor lap pool. After playing a couple of games of tennis, relax in the sauna. The kids will love the large game room that also has pool tables and ping pong tables! The building is also convenient to miniature golf, go carts, laser tag, water park, shopping and many fantastic restaurants and bars. No waiting in line for a key. \* A $75 non-refundable building registration fee is due upon arrival and includes 1 uncovered parking space. An additional spot may be available for an additional fee on a first come/ first served basis. Everything was clean and the check-in process was easy. Thw view from the balcony was gorgeous. The few times i communicated with the owners, they were very kind and prompt with responses. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spacious, clean condo in perfect location. Laundry and kitchen were our top priorities for this trip. Would have preferred updated kitchen supplies, ie. pots/pans & utensils for easier meal prep, but we improvised. Partial view of the beach/ocean and nice partial view of the bay. Clean and comfortable, would accommodate 2 small families or one large one fine.
