Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. We called then 2x. Neither issues were addressed. We’re just lucky the key didn’t break off in the lock. It took 10/15 minutes to lock & unlocked the door after jiggling & jiggling the key. Wasted time when you could have been enjoying the beach etc. 10/15 minutes per couple times a day times 7 days adds up. Maybe the owners received a deal from vasca who knows. They should go back to the old rental company OR maybe we’re just a middle class family not spending thousands and thousands of dollars….
