We were able to go right down to the beach and enjoy our time. The room was majority clean (only smudge on mirror), and a closet was knocked off track so we could not use the washer/dryer, but we did not need to as it was a short stay and we did not live too far for our drive. The TV usage was excellent along with the kitchen. There is a K-Cup coffee maker now in the unit which we did not know or see on the description. The bed was definitely comfy and the shower had great pressure and heat. I would highly recommend staying and we would look at staying again in the near future. A note is a parking pass and welcome booklet must be picked up before getting to the unit with assigned parking. We did love our overall stay! ##### Johnnie G. Unfortunately, the AC wouldn't cool the unit lower than 75 degrees so we had some trouble sleeping. Mgmt. company gave us the option for a full refund which would leave us 3.5 hours from home with no place to stay or 2 other condos options to move to but none of them had the Oceanview like this so we stuck it out. Close beach access. Nice 75" TV with Roku for late night movies. The bad: AC condenser has a leak, which caused the lines to freeze very frequently even when thermostat was set above 72\. AC didn't work when we first arrived due to this issue, we put in a service call and maintenance simply flipped the breaker and left (we had turned the system off completely this point and allowed it to thaw.) Dead roach in the dryer. All in all, we had a good time although the AC issue caused a bit of a damper since it was extremely hot this past week in OC. The proximity to the beach is unmatched. but The AC didn't work after the 1st day, the unit was extremely dusty every where, the shower curtain had mold on it, and the one window in the whole unit was so dirty we could barely see out of it. We had to go out onto the balcony to enjoy the view. The other half fell off the first time we slid door open. Sent pics and notice to VACASA and they said they would send someone to fix it and that never happened. We had to leave the door cracked open if we wanted to use balcony and that was why we chose the condo we did. There was a smell in the hallway that was not too pleasant.
