  • Updated, Clean, Quiet! ON THE BEACH side of Coastal - no streets to cross! POOL! Elevator! 5th Floor with water views! Queen & full beds in bedroom w/ TV. Queen Sleeper in Living Room w/ TV. Balcony: see the beach AND the pool. Quiet side of building/corner! Plenty of space. Fully equipped kitchen. Balcony (table & chairs) Beach side at Coastal Hwy means quick trip to sand, sun & fun! Outdoor shower to clean off before going inside, and if you get tired of the beach, sit poolside for a little bit! Summer season rentals are generally weekly Sat-Sat (if you are looking for something else, please email; You will need to bring your own sheets/pillowcases, and paper products, garbage bags, dishwashing etc (some are initially provided but may be used up by time you arrive), and beach chairs. There is NO grill available- condo unit and it is not permitted. WIFI and YOUTUBETV for TV & access to streaming services - so bring your passwords for what you like to watch! NO smoking & NO pets. Washer-dryer in unit! You will need to bring your own sheets/pillowcases & towels - just a health/safety thing for everyone!
