Modern essentials include central AC, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. THINGS TO KNOW Complimentary Peacock streaming is available for guest use. For an additional sleeping option, there’s a full sofabed in the living room. Community restrictions prohibit grilling in common areas and hanging towels or beach gear on railings. Smoking is not permitted along common area walkways and is strictly prohibited in or at the home. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 3. This is a great space for the price! Stayed here for Country Calling Festival with 4 people and found it very comfortable. We were surprised it was more spacious than pictures made it seem. Being so close to the beach meant a quick walk to a beautiful sunrise. Kitchen has all the basics you need and even stocked with a water pitcher. Would give 5 stars if some basic cleaning upgrades and fixes are done! The AC worked very well. Stayed three nights and it did the job. It was in walking distance of the beach and a few places to get some grub. Assigned parking is the best- don’t have to drive around hoping to find something. The patio furniture was nice to have for the night time. The only thing that didn’t work properly was not in the apartment- it was the building hose to rinse off sand. Not sure if they turn it off a certain time of day; it would work after a morning walk on the beach but not in the afternoon(this happened two days in a row) everything else was great and convenient! ##### Addy A. However, the room was not properly cleaned. Dishes had spots of old food, counter and table were not wiped off, and there was sand all over (which is to be expected that close to the beach). It was stocked household necessities, which was a plus for the first night. Overall, a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend.
