The space and location of this condo was great for our family of 4\. Check in was very quick and easy and the property management company was easy to get a hold of. We had trouble connecting to wifi which my husband needed for a work and the company worked with us to fix it, and actually needed to replace/update the modem. We could walk to the beach, boardwalk and shops/restaurants. The in-suite laundry was great with two busy little boys! My only feedback was the cleanliness and state of the furniture and bedspreads. I don’t need much other than a place to sleep while at the beach but the king sized bed only had a fleece blanket provided, the mattress covers were worn/stained, and there was a lot of dust on the head boards and kitchen cabinets had a spill marks etc I had to clean myself.
