Enjoy private beach access, community pool, and nearby bar and restaurant. Just a short walk to the ocean and a quick ride to the boardwalk, you’ll have both relaxation and entertainment at your doorstep. With spacious, updated interiors, it’s ideal for family vacations or group retreats. Experience luxury living with the best of both seclusion and convenience. POOL ACCESS: The community pool is managed by the building and not the host. Pool availability may be seasonal and is not guaranteed to be open during your stay, as closure can occur for maintenance, repairs, or at the end of season. STARTER KIT: We provide essential linens and a starter supply kit to help you settle in. Please note these items are not replenished during your stay. Kitchen Kit: 1 roll paper towels, 2 small trash bags, 2 large trash bags, dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods, 1 sponge, 2 dish towels. Full Bathroom Kit: 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, and travel size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, bar soap. Linens & Towels: Beds are made with sheets, pillowcases, shams, and a comforter. We provide sheets for sofa beds that are left in the room with the couch, but not for trundles/rollaway beds. Each guest receives 1 towel set (large bath, hand, washcloth). The unit is equipped with a washer and dryer for guest use should you wish to refresh towels or linens during your stay. Very clean and well decorated. All of the kitchen supplies you could think of were supplied. All of the necessities were supplied. The community is gorgeous. Well maintained and quiet. Beach and pool area is very nice. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. The communication with our host was quick and everything we needed they responded to very quickly.
