Peace, privacy, and pool access in the penthouse! This spacious condo is one of only two on its floor, and has unmatched views of the ocean as well as a newly renovated master suite with floor to ceiling glass windows. You'll also have easy access to the luxury resort building's indoor amenities, including an indoor pool, a gym with an incredible view of the bay, a lounge, and a game room. Two bedrooms and two full bathrooms will let you and your family spread out and enjoy the unmatched ocean views from the balcony. The Golden Sands is one of the most-wanted buildings in Ocean City; get your view from the top!

One parking spot included; resort charges $75 mandatory registration fee upon check-in.

WEEKLY RENTALS ONLY IN-SEASON - Sunday-Sunday

Sanitized linen and towel delivery is included with ALL bookings. Cleaned and sanitized linens and towels for every bed in the unit will be delivered to the unit prior to your arrival. Pillows and blankets are provided in the closets, though you are welcome to bring your own! Upon checkout, please place pillows and blankets back in closets and return linens and towels to the delivery bag/basket to be returned to our linen service. This unit is a self-catering vacation rental; we do not provide paper goods (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.) or cleaning supplies (laundry detergent, cleaning spray, etc.)

Linens included - sanitized linens and towels delivered prior to your arrival (blankets and pillows are stored in the closets) Bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, laundry supplies, etc.

Coffee maker in unit (combo pot and k-cup unit)

Note: Rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking or reservation will be automatically cancelled. Minimum age of primary renter must be 25. After booking, you'll receive an email from us with a link to complete the agreement.

$250 security deposit hold required; please note that while our system places a security deposit hold on credit cards without transacting any funds, debit cards may be charged the amount of the security deposit depending on your bank's rules.

Cancellation policy: Full refund minus service fees if greater than 60 days before check-in; 50% refund minus service fees if between 30 and 60 days before check-in. No refunds if less than 30 days before check-in.

Perfect view

The property was very nice, but smaller than it seemed in the pictures. The place is a little dated. Had an issue with the refrigerator but it was immediately taken care of. View is spectacular. Love the ease to get to the beach. As always with Golden Sands there were issues with the elevators. Owner was very responsive.

Location of condo was excellent

Condo was not cleaned very good, there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher, kitchen floor was filthy. Master bedroom blinds are falling apart so you couldn’t open them up.

Great family Condo- except for the elevators 😠

Overall great condo ! What we didn’t like was the 22 nd floor ! Elevators slow and hot ! Our whole family was stuck in the elevator - there were 11 people in it at the time , no air and they needed to pry open the doors and the elevator dropped 3 ft and made it difficult to get out - Not a great experience!

The condo was comfortable and the view of the beach unmatched. We arrived during a major rain storm and did not expect the front door to be on the outside. I’m sure during the summer months it’s not an issue. The condo is literally next to the pool but have to for outside to get into the indoor pool. We had trouble finding a decent restaurant but it was April. The building was nice and right on the beach. I did get stuck in the elevator as I was unloading my car and had to call 911. The front desk knew about the problem but did not warn guests. Luckily a guest heard our cry for help and opened the doors to let us out. The apartment was great but the staff needs some work. We would book it again, however. The owner was very responsive.

Perfect home away from home

Perfect weekend getaway for a reasonable price Great view and convenient Newly renovated made a huge difference. Paper products even one of each would make it more less stressful just in case you forget.

Amazing view and you cannot stay any closer to the beach.

The unit is amazing! You can watch the sunrise over the ocean from your bed every morning. You can look out and feel that you have escaped from the city. Very clean and renovated with modern style and conveniences. Plenty of room for a family. You can get from the unit to the beach in 5 minutes. Plenty of restaurants within a short walk or drive. A full kitchen to prepare your own meals if you want. It is in the quiet end of Ocean City, so you get the beach without the crowds. A dedicated parking space means that you never have to worry about searching for parking if you drive somewhere. A short drive or bus ride to the boardwalk. Highly recommend. Will definitely try to stay here again.
