This five-bedroom, four and a half-bathroom townhouse has furnished balconies that overlook the bay and is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week! Sunset Island 15 is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals. The spacious, brightly-colored living/ family room is furnished with a comfortable couch, love seat, several chairs and a large flat-screen television. A half-bathroom is located just off the living room. The glass-paneled door allows plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off of the living room is a dining area, perfect for enjoying meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the fully-stocked kitchen with a wide island, allowing plenty of space to prepare meals. Past the kitchen is a larger dining area with an oversized dining table. The third-floor master bedroom has a king-size bed, a television and a private bathroom. On the third floor, you'll also find the second and third bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen-size bed, the other has a pyramid bunk bed (twin and full) with a twin trundle, both with televisions. There is a full bathroom located in the hallway. The fourth bedroom is on the fourth-floor loft and has a king-size bed, a sitting area, a private full bathroom, a large flat-screen television and access to the balcony. Our group of seven had more than enough space—each of us had privacy when we wanted it, and we never once felt cramped. The layout is thoughtful and comfortable, making it perfect for families or groups traveling together.The location couldn’t have been better—just a quick 5-minute walk to the beach, which made it so easy to come and go throughout the day. We also really appreciated the little extras the owners provided, like beach toys, a beach bag, and an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand.Parking for three vehicles was a big plus, and the neighborhood felt very safe and easy to access. Overall, everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described.I’d absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting Ocean City, and we’re already looking forward to staying here again! ##### Nicole S.
