Conveniently positioned to overlook Coastal Highway in North Ocean City, this two-bedroom condo offers fantastic proximity to the beach, dining, and shopping. Enjoy a polished living space with central air conditioning, a balcony with a view of Coastal Highway, a full kitchen (with a dishwasher), and even a private washer/dryer to take care of all of your laundry needs. On the grounds, you'll also have access to a covered swimming pool. This condo is wonderfully located one block from the ocean on the quieter, north side of Ocean City. You'll be right on Coastal Highway, which is lined with shops, restaurants, and attractions, and about nine blocks south of the Delaware state line, across which you'll find the Fenwick Island Lighthouse, plentiful opportunities for tax-free shopping, and a number of restaurants, mini-golf courses, and other activities for all ages. Northside Park, which is home to sports fields, a fishing lagoon, two playgrounds, a picnic area, two piers, a gazebo, walking and jogging paths, and regular events, is only three-quarters of a mile south as well. Things to Know Full kitchen No pets and no smoking allowed Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. The location is great. My 3 year old walked to the beach. It’s nice to have an indoor pool when the weather is bad. Negatives: The lock to the indoor pool was broken when we arrived. I called vacasa (the property management company) and they were completely unhelpful. I had four kids staring at a pool they couldn’t use, and it took 24 hours+ to get it fixed. I found the dishwasher full of dishes from a previous guest. They were dirty (covered in obvious food remains), so I had to wash someone else’s dishes. At bedtime, my daughter went to get into one of the twin beds and we discovered dirty sheets covered in sand and hair. We ended up washing all of the sheets because we were so disgusted. For the loss of the pool and the obvious lack of thorough cleaning, vacasa refunded us a total of $44.10\. I will never rent a property managed by vacasa ever again and I do not recommend it to anyone. There is plenty of inventory in OCMD. Look elsewhere. ##### Rachael M. The indoor heated pool was a bonus for the rained out days. The property was listed as sleeps 6 adults but there is 1 queen and 2 twins beds that definitely cannot sleep 6 adults. Traveling with 2 toddlers and a preteen it has been a great experience. The 2 bedroom were the perfect size and the living room/dining room combo made it easy to eat and be entertained while watching tv. The balcony was a family favorite with sunrises and sunsets. Love that this place is beachside so convenient to just walk up the street to the beach. Close by is the bowling alley, and golfing, shopping and restaurants all within walking distance.
