During the summer season, visit the beach bar and grill, sandwich shop, convenience store, and gift shops. This coastal condo is perfect for your next beach-cation! It's well-equipped with everything you and your guests could ever need to spend a carefree and restful vacation. The kitchen has been equipped with all the essentials, including a full-size fridge, stove, oven, coffee maker, and microwave. Don't hesitate and surprise your loved ones with savory meals and beach snacks during your stay. The living area is all about comfort and coziness with inviting furniture and a TV. Then, make your way over to the private balcony and get ready to experience a picture-perfect sun set that will blow your mind! The on-site washer/dryer adds convenience to your stay. This beachfront condo is ideally located within walking distance of various dining and shopping options; you can also take the bus for hassle-free travel to your favorite destinations. The historic Ocean City Boardwalk, with its carnival atmosphere, great food, and superb nightlife, is located five miles south. You can also plan a fun family day at Jolly Roger Amusement Park and Splash Mountain Waterpark, only four miles south.

The building provides complimentary WiFi as a courtesy, but it is not guaranteed.

The indoor pool and large outdoor pool will not accommodate children in diapers. There is an outdoor kiddie pool provided for children in diapers.



Need to know: ****Off season check-in instructions: No Early Check-ins ***Saturday 9/12/26 through Mid June 2027, it is open parking, you may park in any space you like. Your check-in envelope will be placed inside the unit which has the 22nd floor door code on the front of the envelope. This also includes the parking permit that must be displayed in your vehicle at all times. If you have not filled out the registration form online please go to the front desk in the lobby of the Golden Sands to fill out. No early check-ins. Your entry door code will not activate until your check in time ***Location: Golden Sands 10900 Coastal Highway Ocean City, MD 21842. *** Local Ocean City Team: 410-524-3033. Office hours are 9:00 - 5:00 pm. ADDITIONAL PARKING NOTES: Assigned Parking begins 6/6/26. Vehicles may not be parked or left unattended during the check-in or check-out process. All vehicles must be parked in their assigned parking spaces, except during “open parking.” Otherwise, vehicles will be subject to booting or towing at the vehicle owner’s expense. Parking tags must be displayed at all times, even in the off-season.







Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
