Our Beach Blessing is a convenient, stylish and spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom family friendly condo with fully equip kitchen. It offers you the best of both worlds a quiet North Ocean City, MD and Fenwick Island DE with a great view of the sunset from the balcony. With shopping, dining and fun activities just steps away and walking distance to the beach, you will have everything you need for a relaxing vacation. This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25 years old. Guest under 25 must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. We don’t rent teenagers and parties not allowed. THINGS TO KNOW: Maximum Occupancy - 8 Check in 3pm Check out 10am Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise level which exceed those established by the Department of Environment of the State of Maryland COMAR 26.02.03.02 or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances which are criminal offenses if violated. This unit is NON SMOKING. Easy acess to everything in OC and surrounding area. Only (minor) issue was a miscommunication about the linens that were available in the unit as different messages said different things about what was onsite. We brought our own so everything was fine, but I think the listing needs to be updated to be clearer about what was (and was not) in the unit.
