It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Checkin is advertised as 4pm. When we arrived at 4:15 the cleaning crew was still there and needed at least 30 mins to finish because they were told no one was checking in that day. Advertised having a screened in porch, which is half true. The bottom section was completely missing. Outdoor furniture on the upstairs balcony could use pressure washing and was unusable based on how dirty it was. This is the 1st time in several years we changed from our regular vacation house and for the price for a week to have 2 TV’s completely not working, dishwasher broke and coffee pot broke, house keeping cleaned very quickly before arrival and you could tell!! Made several calls to have these issues resolved with no resolution!! I got to speak with a manager 1 time and about 10 different people who didn’t help at all. We spent an entire day waiting for maintenance to come to write up a ticket!! This was a family vacation and friends also rented a Vacasa home, plans were ruined for that day as he didn’t arrive until 5pm!! Management was supposed to contact me by the time my stay was over to discuss all the issues we had and to get a resolution, no one ever contacted me!! Once I checked out, I had called and was told that a message would be left for manager. It is now 2 days after check out and no call, no nothing!! I recommend to shop around if you plan on going to MD. The carpet was disgusting, the surfaces had been cleaned but walls and floors were gross. There were games that were dusty and unheard of. Just so outdated. Really got ripped off based on what I paid for July 4 week. Very loud neighbors last night there. Very limited place to walk dogs. Dressers from 70s and closets were gross. ##### Charity P. We have a small dog and were surprised that the $20.00 pet fee was per day not in total. There were a lot of pet stains on the carpet upstairs we didn't dare go without our shoes. Secondly the only TV that works is the one downstairs, although there were tv's in 2 of the 3 bedrooms, they did credit us $100.00 for this which was nice. The place is large which gave us enough room to move around. Could use more sitting area with such a large living room. It is located within walking distance to many places. This dog-friendly home is close to everything, especially the beach and Dumsers ice cream. We enjoyed the very short drive to the Fenwick State Park, right by the ocean, because we could take our puppy. It was nice to have the bedding and bath towels available with the rental. Some updating needed (intense, thorough cleaning). The vertical blinds -missing some slats and the control rod was broken in the master bedroom.
