This condo is the closest to the parking entrance and offers a convenient wooded rear lot behind a screened-in porch with front and rear access–it's ideal for easy access after a day at the beach without dragging beach gear through the condo. Inside, you'll be surrounded by pristine white walls and an open layout that seamlessly combines the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The kitchen boasts all the cookware and appliances the chef of the group could need to surprise everyone with mouth-watering and cost-saving meals, finger foods, snacks, and so much more! There is even a dishwasher to help you do the dishes once mealtime is over. The breakfast table seats three and is a great addition to the dining table, which offers space for up to four more people. Adjoining both areas is the living room, a great place to unwind where comfort knows no limits. It features a sofa, an armchair, and a comfortable recliner right in front of a wall-mounted flatscreen Smart TV. In the hallway, you'll have a stackable washer/dryer combo, so you can pack as light as you'd like! Both bedrooms are comfortable and offer plenty of closet space. However, only the main bedroom has an ensuite full bathroom with a walk-in shower. In addition to all the aforementioned conveniences, guests will be granted access to a sparkling shared outdoor pool. What's nearby: You'll be sitting just a short walk to the beach and from the large community pool. There is a pedestrian-controlled light on the highway for safe crossing to the beach. You'll also be within walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, and beverage stops. Short distance to bus stops for quick inexpensive transportation to boards, parks, and all desirable OC attractions. Things to know: Snowbird-friendly Heat is normally not supplied but will be only on request as this is a summer rental only. High-speed internet and free WiFi, perfect for working from home, distance learning, and streaming. Grilling and bringing grills is not allowed per HOA. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Being on the 1st floor was especially helpful for loading/unloading. The sizes of the rooms and layout worked well. We found the kitchen and living room to be comfortable and really enjoyed the screened in porch. The downsides- Would have appreciated a luggage rack in each room since there was no where to put it other than the floor. There was only 1 small roll of toilet paper per bathroom that quickly ran out with a family. A drink lid and straw was on the floor just barely under the bed, the pull out couch had crumbs and hair all over the mattress when pulled out and the spare pillows in the closet had stains. There were instructions to put linens in a bag; however, one was not provided. If cleanliness improved would stay here again. It was clean and comfortable and very well-equipped. And the fact that it is on the first floor made unpacking and packing up much easier.
