If you are looking to be close to all the attractions such as the boardwalk, but don't want to deal with the congestion and noise of downtown, this 1 BR 1 BA is the unit for you! From here you will have a short walk to the beach, the north end of the boardwalk and the kids favorite, Jolly Roger Amusement Park. There is a miniature golf course at the end of the street too! There are some great restaurants in walking distance to such as Pit & Pub, Buxy's and Dry Dock 28 to name a few. You'll love the peaceful evenings of sitting on the back patio that looks out over the large canal or maybe an evening swim the pool. The pool is only a few feet away from the front door and the upstairs balcony makes the gives the perfect vantage point to keep an eye on the kids! Inside, there is full kitchen that is ready to help you make those costs savings meals. Upstairs in the loft, there is a queen size bed along with a full bath. Other sleeping accommodations include a queen size sleeper sofa, a chair that converts into twin bed along with a twin folding cot. There is a washer and dryer along with free Wi-Fi. Not great for cooking at home, no seasonings, no good pans, no chef knife, etc. Bring your own clothes hangers if you want to hang clothes as there are only department store plastic ones. Place a pillow behind the loose headboard to avoid it hitting the wall everytime you roll over. Small TV and not a lot of living space to relax in. Washer/Dryer work great. We loved having morning coffee on the canal, and the community pool is 20 feet from the front door. The Washer/dryer was put to good use, and there is a great upstairs balcony overlooking the pool. As far as ideal vacation rentals go, this one checks all the boxes. My only complaints are that the mattresses weren't super supportive, and the kitchen lacked a decent knife/cutting board (for those planning to cook). It was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The interior was beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches and smart use of space that made it feel both cozy and spacious.
