very nice property, the biggest words that come to mind are peaceful & convenient. it was nice & quiet & cozy. i liked that the doors required a special emailed code rather than a key card that i could lose or forget. rooms have roku which i liked, mainly used hulu. overall i really liked my stay here, and my husband & i honestly plan to stay here again next year! :)

The room itself was that of a “motel” room. It was clean and big enough to rest after a busy day touring! Bed was comfortable, surrounding was quiet. Great place to stay if you are a couple but if traveling with a family it might be a little on the small side. Communication with Mindy was fantastic! Quick response and things were addressed immediately.

Great last minute find for a stay at the beach
We needed a place to stay for sand soccer. I was really lucky to find quiet sun. The rooms were clean and Mindy was a pleasure to deal with!
