"Terrible. Ended up spending another $1,600 last minute to stay elsewhere. This is not an air bnb or anything similar. It’s is one child size bedroom in a rude old lady’s house. It is intentional false advertising. The “shared bathroom” clause is supposed to have you assume you will be sharing the place with the elderly woman that lives there and whatever guests she has in another room. She called us that day and corrected our grammar and was very rude. Upon arrival, we walked past a living area...

"Overall, the hotel is a good value for the price, but there are a few areas that could be improved. It would be helpful to have a designated smoking area away from the main social areas, especially the fireplace. On warm days, particularly when temperatures are above 75°F, there is really no need to have the fireplace on. The cushions in the common areas could use more frequent cleaning, and the area around the elevators could benefit from some painting and maintenance. Trash left in the hallways should also be collected more frequently. It would also be helpful to inform guests at check-in that housekeeping service must be requested if they want their room cleaned during their stay. Overall, we had a good experience for the price, and with a little more attention to these details, the hotel could be even better."
