    Step back in time while enjoying modern comforts in this charming one-bedroom apartment in a beautiful 1918 Frame Vernacular historic home. Once part of the Martin Estate, this cozy retreat is ideal for couples, solo travelers, or small families.

    Your Private Apartment

    Enjoy approximately 800 square feet with a private entrance, spacious bedroom with queen bed, full kitchen, and comfortable living area with a convertible sectional sofa and electric fireplace. Amenities include a smart TV, workspace, washer and dryer, and everything needed for a relaxing stay.

    The kitchen features a refrigerator, induction cooktop, microwave, air fryer, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, and essentials. Coffee, tea, and pantry basics are provided.

    Historic Bathroom

    Enjoy the character of a clawfoot tub with shower attachment. Please note that entering and exiting the tub requires mobility and balance. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided.

Silver Springs visit

We had a short stay here for visiting Silver Springs and doing the clear kayak tour.Apartment was perfect for our stay and we would definitely recommend staying, we would again if in the area.The home was beautiful as was the neighborhood and was close to Silver Springs and many places to eat and shop. Take advantage of an evening walk to enjoy the homes here and the historic area.

Beautiful and cozy space away from home

This was the perfect place to stay for my fiancée and I to get away for a weekend. The value in staying here versus a hotel or bnb was immense. The room is more like an apartment, and is absolutely beautiful. It’s located in the quiet and also beautiful historic district, and was the best choice we could make. I’ll definitely be staying here again to go to the springs and get away from Miami in the future.

Very nice unit with bonus of being able to bring the pups

Unit was in a nice neighborhood, and was clean and had all of the necessary amenities. Owner provided some nice bonuses including water and danishes! Would recommend and would happily stay here again if the opportunity arises!

This is my third time staying at this lovely home. The pool is exceptional. I have stayed in both A and B. Extremely clean and very homey. Excellent location. Close to downtown. Everyone associated with this home are friendly and caring. It is an outstanding place to stay.

Great property

Normally we don't spend much time at our rentals because we are out visiting with family. However this time me and my girls got sick and spent a lot of time there. This was a great place and we enjoyed our time there. Very comfortable and they had everything you would need. We hope to stay there next time when it is warmer and we can enjoy the pool.

Cute place near downtown

Our family rented both units A and B to accommodate grandparents, parents & kids. Both units are decorated in a cute coastal theme and have access to the pool (which our kids loved). The deck and outside areas were nice as well. The apartments/house is near downtown and not a far drive from Silver Springs. Would love to stay again if we are in the area!

Victorian Vibes

Beautiful location, apartment gave a Victorian feel with an ocean side touch. Very clean and well maintained. Host was very nice and attentive with communication. Definitely recommend and will hopefully book with them again in several weeks.

Happy in Ocala

Great location for couples that want to get away from the highways, crowds, and noise while remaining relatively close to shopping and restaurants. The apartment had all the amenities for a peaceful, relaxing stay. The pool looked very inviting but the temperature in late December is not warm enough to encourage a swim. We will stay there again

Sweet Haven

Once at the apartment we wished we were staying longer than one night. The owner’s attention to detail, from the comfy furnishings to providing fresh eggs, gave us the feeling of being in someone’s home. They really understand and carry out the meaning of hospitality and help create a unique and pleasant experience. And being in the historic neighborhood made the experience that much better.

It was great and comfortable stay at the property. Everything that was needed was available. The experience was 5 star. The only reason I gave 4 star overall is because of not having dish washer in the kitchen. Apart from that the property is clean and beautiful with pool !!

Excellent Accommodation in Ocala

This property was exactly as stated on the website. Our daughter stayed in apt B for 3 weeks this summer as she was waiting to relocate to a new apt. The unit was clean, spacious ,had all the amenities needed and the pool was an extra bonus which was clean and maintained on a weekly basis. The host was very responsive with any questions or concerns at any time of the day or evening. The neighborhood was quiet and the location was close to stores, and restaurants. We would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay in Ocala.
