"Pros: The location was perfect. Close to all the sightseeing, but away from the crowds. In walking distance to restaurants, bakery and butcher. The house stayed cool, although it was very hot outside. Parking in a garage was available, which was so wonderful as the car was not turning sizzling hot. Big bathroom, well equipped kitchen, we loved it. Cons: Everything was fine. The railroad is close to the property, but it did not bother us."

"Wir hatten ein Problem, das unsere Ankunft nicht an den Gastgeber weitergeleitet wurde und der Gastgebrr über Fewo telefonisch auch keine Antwort das wir schon da sind. Das Haus ist alt aber von innen Renoviert. Es liegt an einer Hauptstraße und bei 35Grad kann man nicht mit geschlossenem Fenster schlafen. Top Oberstdorf Hotel Reviews

Hotel & Restaurant Ludwigs

Hotel & Restaurant Ludwigs

10/10 Excellent
"Location was great, right on the Main Street. Parking at the back, fairly easy to find. Room was the smallest hotel room I have even been in, but it was clean and cute. No elevator, only one old fashioned key. There is a restaurant downstairs, on the Main Street and food was great. Service was amazing, we had an older gentleman as our server and he was superb. They also provide blankets for sitting on the patio. Would definitely recommend. We did not have breakfast as we were rushing for castle tour, but I grabbed a coffee and breakfast seemed fine from what I could see. There is a parking charge, but can’t remember the cost."
