There is a large garage available where skis, sledge and other equipment can be stored. The garage is equipped with a ski boot dryer. The flat has a small balcony. Rufalipark is just five minutes away. In winter it features an ice rink; in summer, a swimming lake, a tennis court, a playground, a fire pit and a year-round indoor play centre.
