Walking paths from the house, cycle lane 50 m, gondola lift 1 km, skisport facilities 1 km. Nearby attractions: Innsbruck - Goldenes Dachl 18 km, Olympiaregion Seefeld 16 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Axamer Lizum 17 km, Mutterer Alm 18 km, Kühtai 28 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Wildsee Seefeld 15 km, Natterer See 15 km. Hiking paths: Ranggerköpfl 1 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.

perfect spot!

S. was a great host, always responded very quickly. The place looks exactly like the pictures, very comfy and had everything we needed. It was a beautiful spot with really nice scenery around.

Unsere kleine Oase an Oberperfuss

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal schon bei S. zu Gast.  Und es war sehr entspannt, komfortabel, ruhig, gemütlich.  Speziell die kleine Aussichtsterrasse hat es uns angetan. Wir wurden wieder ganz herzlich empfangen, es war ein toller Urlaub.  Wir kommen bestimmt wieder..

Tolle Unterkunft und Gastgeberin

Wir haben diese Unterkunft im Jänner 2025 für unseren Skiurlaub gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Eine schöne und gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit einer top Wohnausstattung. Sehr sauber. Die Gastgeberin S. war sehr nett und hilfreich. Kann empfehlen die Familien mit Kinder, sogar ohne Auto (sehr leicht mit Öffis erreichbar)
