Staff is pleasant. We arrived around 12:30pm and the hotel let me check in early.
The hotel design and decoration are very classy. We only stay for one night but we had great experience. We will choose this hotel again in the future.

It ’s located next to elementary school, and it’s from 7:00am you wake up with screaming noise until 5:00 pm in the afternoon. It was unbearable and the stuff were so cool about it and without saying sorry keep saying it’s a city and it’s normal noise.

The hotel is in a great location. Just a 5 minute walk to Petite France and 10 minutes from the train station. The staff was excellent and made many great recommendations. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of selections.

Clean room, staff friendly. air conditioning didn’t work much, minimum it hot was 24C… Good breakfast, but for being France i expected more. Where are the fromage options? They don’t mention within the Expedia app that the pool is closed for kids at 5pm.
