Overall, we had a very good stay. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The hotel was clean and in a great location, very close to Old Frankfurt, making it easy to explore the city. The only downside was that the air conditioning in our room wasn’t working properly. However, the staff responded quickly and brought us a fan, which helped make our stay more comfortable. Despite that minor issue, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Frankfurt.

Great sauna. Nice, spacious room. Very nice dinner and nice to be right by the park, although at night it seems like there are some dodgy people around there.

"The room was clean. In terms of space travelling with 3 kids, 17, 15 and 11 the sofa bed could only sleep one kid. Everyone else slept in the King bed. Didn’t sleep well at all. Space was very small and we all felt really crammed in. Not worth the money."
