"The only important thing is that the hotel is not pet friendly And no ice available unless you buy it at their convenience store, no refrigerator, microwave or blow dryer unless you pay extra ! But if none of that matters the hotel is great very helpful stuff, clean rooms and so convenient to have the beach area right there, i loved it."

"Property was as pictured and very clean. Comfortable beds, lots of towels. Host was responsive and supplied coffee, laundry detergent and even some food. Washer/dryer and AC were great (I didn't cook but I'm sure the stove etc worked) Note: Plan to arrive before dark; it would be ill-advised to drive those unfamiliar roads at night. Gas up before coming and bring some food; the lone restaurant closes early and doesn't always serve breakfast. No gas station in Oatman. Spotty cell service but we were able to log onto Netflix/Apple etc for TV. This is ideal for a self-sufficient individual desiring a unique off-the-beaten-path experience."

"We had a fantastic four-night stay! The house was very clean, well organized, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also very convenient for the area we needed to be in.The host was excellent and very responsive, answering any questions we had throughout our stay. We really appreciated the great communication and hospitality.The only minor recommendations I would have would be to add a few more cooking utensils to the kitchen and possibly improve the internet connection. The internet was a little finicky at times, but it was noticeably better than what we experienced during our previous stay.Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we would definitely consider staying here again!"
