9.4/10 Exceptional! (8,619 reviews)
The hotel was close to many great restaurants and the Scotiabank arena. We saw Lionel Ritchie and EWF at the Scotiabank Arena. We wanted a historic hotel experience in downtown within walking distance to the Arena. One King West was the perfect choice.
The hotel was everything we had expected. The staff were great. The restaurant was tasty and the service was great.
We had an excellent view of the city from our room. We stayed in the Tower premium suite. The room offered views from three different windows. We had a refrigerator, sink, dishes, and cooktop. The room was large enough to spread out. The room was clean and well appointed.
The hotel use to be a bank. Remnants of the bank were present and interesting.
We recommend this hotel for those that like something special, like to walk, enjoy beautiful city views, and like downtown.

Excellent bars - lobby and rooftop. Nice pool although kind of small. Free loaner bicycles was a great perk! Staff was excellent.
