Late Check Out: $10/15 min after 11am. 2pm is the absolute latest late check out time. Please note that you are staying in a house and not a hotel. We expect that you will treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve them immediately. Please see HOUSE RULES at bottom of the page under “Thing to know - Show More”. ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES • No parties or events. Violations will result in an immediate $1,000 fee plus the cost of any damages, cleaning, or loss of future bookings. • Quiet hours: 10 PM to 7 AM. A $500 fee will be charged if smoke is detected. • No pets unless explicitly approved in writing prior to booking. • Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No visitors without prior approval. • No illegal activity of any kind is permitted. • Do not tamper with security smoke detectors, or internet equipment. •Lost keys will be charged $50 per lost key and garage door opener will be charged $250 per lost opener. • Report any issues, damages, or concerns within 12 hours of check-in to avoid responsibility for pre-existing conditions.
