This place was perfect for my family of 6 while I had events at UC Berkeley. Would recommend it! The kitchen was well stocked and the backyard area was very nice. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the games provided!

It was a great place for the price! Convenient to BART and plenty of room for 5 adults. Very clean and kind host. Friendly neighbors…. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again. Would be great if the shared bathroom was easier to lock - also, to have more than one towel per guest for staying 3 nights. Great TV and couch area - plenty of games. Both showers were lovely. Thank you for such a great visit.

This property was exactly as advertised, clean and charming. We traveled with our two small children and it was so comfortable in this space. There was plenty of room for everyone and two full bathrooms was a game changer. Not to mention it is completely sun drenched and a very quiet neighborhood, close to freeways and lots of parks and playgrounds within walking distance.

We had a really great stay here. It was convenient to the campus (about a 15-20 minute drive) and centrally located for our stay. The apartment is in great condition and has all the things you might need for a stay. Responsive host was a plus as well.

Sunny apartment - Great location

Sam was an excellent host for our 3-night stay in April. The kitchen and bathrooms had lots of amenities. The apartment is sunny; beds are comfortable. Street parking was always available. Would happily stay here again.

A little bit of paradise!

A well appointed, lovely home - just right for a family get together. We enjoyed the patio and barbecue. The flat was clean and quiet - everyone rested well. And very convenient to drive to Telegraph for gourmet food, or catch the freeway to travel to other Bay Area cities.

We loved this place. It was clean, plenty of climate control options in each room. The location is very convenient to everything. The neighbors are quiet. We had plenty of space to park, even when we got in late. This was a positive experience.

Lovely Apt! Great Space!

We had a great stay! The house is charming and well equipped! The pictures do not show how nice they are. Sam is great, he answered all questions so quickly. We and our friends all slept well, beds and bedding comfortable. Good location to get around. Sweet garden. Great Stay!

We had 3 adults and we all loved your apartment! It fit our needs perfectly. We had very hot weather and were on the top floor so it was pretty warm but there were plenty of fans to cool the place down. Plenty of kitchen appliances for cooking. Christmas trip with family

I would highly recommend staying at this property. The property was very clean. The host even supplied really good coffee. We had all the amenities we needed. We had a couple of questions for the host and he answered them within minutes after we emailed him. The neighborhood was quiet. The beds were comfortable. Weekend Event

The place is clean and comfortable. If you are not cooking it is fine, the stove is dated and needs attention if your going to use it. The owner was very responsive and solved any small issues quickly. We were only in the unit at night and did not spend a lot of time there. It is close to shopping and other conveniences.

Wonderful Weekend

We flew out to California for a family get together. Sami's place was a wonderful place to stay. It was perfect for us. The apartment is pretty large. It was enough space for the four of us. We each had our own room, two are on the smaller side, one was large. The smaller bedrooms share a bathroom. It was roomy, clean and had everything we needed. There is also plenty of street parking outside. It was perfect for the weekend. I highly recommend Sami's place!

Beautiful 3-bedroom in Oakland, with garden

This rental was a lovely place to stay. The size was perfect and it was clean and bright. And the outdoor garden was a fabulous place to relax. One small issue was that there is a vintage stove and oven. The pilot lights went out and we able to relight them, with help from the property owner, but there was still a residual gas smell throughout our stay that necessitated keeping the kitchen windows open. Apart from that, we'd highly recommend it. And the owner was very responsive to any questions and concerns.

Sami was a friendly and responsive host. We had everything we needed for a great stay. Even made friends with the downstairs neighbors on the patio. Easily walkable to some really great food stops and easy drive to/from the airport and other excursions. Would stay here again.

The neighborhood was safe, quiet, and the perfect spot to stay for going in and out of San Francisco. The house itself was clean, well furnished, and super cute. This is a fabulous top floor 3 bed condo. Easy on street parking, very very spacious, convenient to stores and well managed and well equipped. When we are back in the Bay area we will definitely stay here again.
