The kitchen and dining area open to a covered porch with a picnic table and an additional fridge—perfect for extra drinks and snacks during your stay. The home offers plenty of space with five bedrooms- one bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk bed plus an additional twin bed, two queen bedrooms, and two king bedrooms. A sleeper sofa offers additional sleeping space. Entertainment is easy in the lower-level game room, featuring a pool table, foosball, and a wet bar, along with a laundry room for added convenience. Step outside to enjoy the best of mountain living with a private hot tub, a large deck with a gas grill and plenty of seating, and a firepit for evening gatherings under the stars. Whether you're enjoying the peaceful views, gathering for a meal, or sharing laughs over a game, The Lake House is the perfect setting for your next Deep Creek Lake escape. This home is not pet-friendly (undisclosed pet fee will be charged at 3x advertised pet fee). This home does not have cable tv; however, streaming is available using guest's own account. Max. parking spaces: 5. IMPORTANT TO KNOW: Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old. Check-In is between 4 pm – 9 pm. Check-Out is by 10 am. Smoking/Vaping, Parties, Exceeding Max Occupancy or Pet Limit are not allowed. No pets allowed in any home that is not specifically listed as Pet Friendly.
