Whether you need the kitchen stocked before you arrive or have questions about the area, we are here to make your stay as smooth as possible.

The Space: Our split-level flat is set back from the street behind a lush garden filled with citrus and fig trees. The layout features ten steps at the entry and fifteen steps leading to the upstairs bedrooms. The primary bedroom features an Alpine Classic queen mattress from European Sleepworks, while the second room offers an American Leather sofa bed—it is exceptionally comfortable and feels like a real mattress. Both beds are outfitted with premium cotton linens and down or wool comforters. For maximum privacy and sleep quality, the bedrooms are separated by French doors with a light-blocking curtain, and all windows feature screens and blackout shades.

Whether you are here for work or relaxation, you’ll have gigabit fiber internet with strong Wi-Fi throughout the entire property, including the front yard. The kitchen is fully equipped for passionate cooks with essentials like olive oil, spices, and flour, while the smart TV comes ready with YouTube TV and YouTube Premium. Your in-unit washer and dryer are also fully stocked with cleaning supplies.

You are perfectly positioned near the vibrant dining and shopping scenes of Temescal and College Avenue. We are just two miles from Downtown Berkeley and three miles from Downtown Oakland. If you’re heading to San Francisco, the drive across the Bay Bridge can take as little as 12 minutes. For public transit, the Rockridge BART station is less than a mile away, offering direct access to SFO and a simple one-transfer trip to Oakland Airport.

You will have full access to the top-floor flat and the front patio, which includes a table and power outlets and wifi. For your peace of mind, the home is equipped with a smart thermostat with sensors throughout the home that balance the temperature and shut the system off if the home is vacant and water sensors in the kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry area to detect leaks. We also have a quiet Labrador Retriever who lives on the premises but does not enter your space.

To keep the home fresh for everyone, this is a strictly smoke-free and vape-free property; any smoking must occur off-site. When it’s time to head out, checking out is simple: just close and lock the doors. No chores or extra steps are required.
