The location was fantastic. We were in town to attend a show at the Greek Theater and were able to walk there and back, which was incredibly convenient. We did rent a car for other parts of our trip, so having a designated driveway parking spot was a huge plus.The space was spotless — and I have high standards when it comes to cleanliness. The kitchen was very well-equipped, which made it easy to prepare some of our own meals. The layout of the studio is thoughtfully designed, offering plenty of space to relax and unwind. There’s a large closet area with hangers and a full dresser, making it easy to settle in and feel at home. The bathroom was modern and luxurious, with a spa-like shower featuring multiple shower heads — a definite highlight! The bed was firm yet very comfortable, with plenty of soft, cozy blankets.Communication with the host was excellent — she was consistently responsive, kind, and helpful. She provided very clear check-in and check-out instructions and a guidebook for the unit and the area. Our favorite aspect of the property was how peaceful and serene it felt. Despite being in the city, the environment was quiet and relaxing. Enjoying a cup of coffee or a glass of wine on the private deck was a real treat.We highly recommend this property and will absolutely stay here again if we have the chance to return to Berkeley. ##### Angela P.
