This hidden gem is conveniently nestled across the street from the Fruitvale Bart Station. A relaxing and beautifully remodeled Victorian triplex with lively flowers year-round, bougainvillea and fragrant jasmine garden, and a front yard with an outdoor patio table is a fantastic jumping-off point for anywhere in Oakland or the Bay Area.

Highlights: This two-bedroom, three-person apartment with high ceilings and hardwood floors has a quartz stone countertop, new high-end stainless-steel appliances, microwave, refrigerator, gas stove, washer and dryer (detergent provided), coffee maker (coffee, tea, extras), and a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking enjoyment.

The living room/dining room has a comfortable couch, table chairs, TV, and other amenities.

The contemporary bathroom has stylish tiles, a comfortable shower, high-quality towels, and extras, including a hair dryer.

Very clean, great property

This location was a great stay and very close to San Francisco. I didn’t realize three homes shared a yard however it was private enough and separated enough to have a morning coffee outside.

An Oakland Oasis

I had the best time here with my family! The property is absolutely gorgeous. Cindy was able to accommodate a second car for us since the reservation only includes one, there’s a small fee. The property is gated with a food truck next door. I was able to let my son run around and even rocked him to sleep in the hammock. Older Bay Area homes don’t come with AC and while it was in the 80’s, the heat wasn’t terrible at all. We had a fan on the low setting and the screen door, it was perfect. And if you do want to get out, alameda beach is a hop away. I love this neighborhood, I used to live down the street years ago. Some things we brought to make our stay comfortable and functional for a 1 year old was the u hook cabinet locks that go on the handles so baby doesn’t get into the cleaning supplies and water jugs since there’s no filter. There’s a foodmax around the corner, also if you’re traveling from far and need clothes there’s a Ross in that same shopping area. Definitely will be back for our next staycation!
