This well renovated 1 bedroom, 1 bath house with a loft is the perfect setting for a relaxing mountain getaway. Listen to the sound of water rushing by as you settle into the serenity of the great outdoors. We provide starter coffee and tea for your stay. Pet Rules: \*Pets must not be left unattended in the home at any time \*Pets are charged a $20 per pet per night fee, plus a refundable $150 pet deposit after booking. \* Any damage from your pet will be at the cost of the guest and will be charged from the pet deposit. \*Guest must pick up all pet waste and must not leave pet to roam the house unsupervised. A $50 fee will be charged if pet waste is not picked up. Pets are not allowed on the furniture and an additional cleaning fee may apply if there is excessive dog hair, stains or damage to furniture. \*Pet deposit will be returned within 2 weeks of departure as long as rules are followed and damages are not found. \*Pets must be kept on a leash in all public areas (i.e. the driveway) at all times \*Pet deposit is forfeit if any pet rules are not followed There may be snow in the Winter. While we try to keep salt, pepper and oil stocked for your convenience, it is not guaranteed. The thermostat will only allow you to set the temperature between certain minimum and maximum temperature limits. Should you need to exceed these temperature limits there are additional fees. Please note: some roads from the East, such as Tioga Pass and Glacier Point are seasonal and are closed October through June. Pack-n-play must be requested in advance. PLEASE NOTE: We have service providers (Gardner, pest control etc) who may be outside on the property during daytime hours, from time to time.
