NOISE LEVEL must be minimal after 9 PM. There is a noise level city ordinance, we do not want any complaints. Violation of this will result in a termination of your reservation and there will be a $500 fee. We must respect the peace of the community. Thank you for your understanding.

Power Outage Policy
Because of the remote mountain setting, occasional utility interruptions may occur. While no refunds will be issued for power outages, we provide emergency supplies in our home for your comfort and safety. These include flashlights, extra batteries, candles, matches/lighters, and basic first-aid items.

YOSEMITE RESERVATIONS:
Depending on travel dates, reservations with recreation. gov may be required to enter the national parks. Any guests planning to visit the national parks during their travels are advised to visit nps . gov for the most accurate updates and requirements regarding traveling to the national parks. This includes reservation requirements, permit requirements, vehicle requirements, and road closures or traffic patterns.
