Perfect for those wanting to escape the hustle and bustle of the city or just a stopover on the way to Yosemite. Located on Lewis Creek at 3000' elevation offers cool summers and mild winters. Listen to the sound of the water from the year-around creek running through the rear of the property or enjoy sipping your evening wine watching the tranquil water flowing downstream. The quiet neighborhood has a private park just 1/2 block away with a waterfall and swimming hole great for children, either 2 or 4-legged, where they can safely experience nature. The accommodations are perfect for two. There is a large bathroom with a claw foot tub, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private patio with a BBQ. This cottage was perfect. The location was great with easy access to the highway but still keeping a quiet neighborhood in place. The check in was easy and the cottage was adorable. I was greeted with a welcome note and a plate of cookies. The kitchen was quaint and was stocked with all I needed. The bathtub was so relaxing and the bed was completely comfortable with great pillows. I would recommend this home for anyone looking for a cozy and quaint spot near the South entrance of Yosemite or to enjoy the Sugar Pine Train. ##### Tammy M. This cottage is great for anyone who is looking for somewhere to stay outside Yosemite. Kadi has great communication and offered to allow us to check in early! The nights were quiet. The cottage was cosy and had everything we needed. The outside space was a bonus as we had great weather to use it. Our hosts were so accommodating and gave great information and support as well as some amazing freshly baked cookies.
