Nestled among lush greenery, and the tranquil sounds of a nearby seasonal waterfall and creek, this newly remodeled 4-bedroom, 3-bath home offers the perfect retreat for nature lovers and those seeking peace and rejuvenation. The outdoor space features an outdoor dining area, serene views of the waterfall and creak running right next to the home, making it an idyllic escape. The Stream house is centrally located in Oakhurst, providing easy access to various attractions: • Yosemite National Park: 35 minutes / 22.1 miles • Town of Oakhurst: 12 minutes / 7.5 miles • Bass Lake: 18 minutes / 10.8 miles • Badger Pass Ski Area: 70 minutes / 39.5 miles The interior, exterior, and furnishings are designed to cultivate a connection with the surrounding natural wonders and to create a cozy, calm respite for guests. (The seasonal creek and waterfall usually run November to May depending on rainfall)Our cabin offers over 2,000 sq ft of interior living space, a spacious deck for outdoor dining, and lounge chairs to relax in after a day of exploration. MAIN FLOOR • Living Room: Unwind on the large comfortable sectional couch with seating for up to 5, with 2 lush Herman Miller Reclining chairs, while enjoying the 65” TV with Apple TV and Chromecast. • Master Bedroom with ensuite full bathroom: Large King size bed, work station with a view of the creek, 55” LG Smart TV, personal fan, humidifier, and luggage rack. • Second Bedroom: Queen size bed, personal fan, humidifier, and luggage rack. You will have private access to the entire house along with the exterior space, which includes an outdoor dining area with beautiful views of the waterfall and creek. House Guidelines and Info: 1\. Security Camera: For the safety and security of all guests, security cameras are installed at all exterior doors to the property: Front Driveway, Front Door, and Back Entrance. 2\. Shoes-off Policy: We kindly request that guests remove their shoes upon entering the cabin. As we often have families with infants who enjoy crawling around, please be considerate. A shoe rack is provided at the front entrance with indoor slippers available on the wall rack. 3\. No Parties Allowed: To maintain a peaceful environment, parties are strictly prohibited on the property. 4\. Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests. 5\.
