    ✦ Sound travels far and although we sit on 7 acres, please be respectful of quiet hours and our neighbors
    ✦ From October through March, we recommend a 4x4 vehicle or carrying tire chains due to potential snow and icy conditions.
    ✦Bears live in the area and are attracted to food smells—please remove all food from your vehicle and keep doors securely closed at all times.
    ✦ Leaving doors or windows open may allow smaller critters such as mice, lizards, and insects to enter the home. Please keep them closed whenever possible.
    ✦ We stock firewood periodically. We suggest bringing some (just in case!) if you are going to have a fire. If there's any there, you are welcome to use it.
    ✦ Partying, smoking, and any violation of the house rules will result in a $1,000 charge
    ✦ We always suggest getting travel insurance for those "life happens" moments

The hosts are excellent at communicating and we’re very helpful! The home is beautiful with easy access to Yosemite National Park. We enjoyed all the amenities including the pickleball court, hot tub, big living spaces, plenty of parking, game room, theater, and spacious bedrooms. We would definitely stay here again if we travel back to this area.

Was an incredible time! Our host was very quick to answer questions and help us with anything we needed. Sometimes rentals are outdated and dirty but this place was clean, spacious and up to date. No issues with the hot water or plumbing while taking care of our large group. Loved the court and the hot tub! It was too bad it hasnt snowed yet but its a getaway that I look forward to returning to with my large family. Cant wait for next year!
