Oakbrook Nature Trail

Rooms were clean, food was good, close to everything

We will definitely be back to stay at this hotel. The hotel employees are exceptional! You can tell that the hotel cares and takes pride in their customer service since everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. A special thanks to the valet/bell service/ concierge? in the front entrance of the hotel. They are top tier! We had a standard room which was spacious. The bathroom had excellent water pressure. Bright lighting in the bathroom and adequate in the room. Our room had a small closet that might be an issue if a guest had a lot of clothes that needed to be hung up. Not sure if all standard rooms have that size closet, though. Overall, great hotel and fabulous personnel!
